Coursework help !!

Hi.
I have been told to do a Coursework piece to a 'Local MP'. It has to be a letter on a topic you have chosen yourself; and I have chosen the letter to be about the housing market in the UK.
But, I am really strugling. I would appreciate any help available.

Firstly, what do you plan to say to the MP about the housing market?

That's the thing. I don't know what to say or how to lay it out.
Maybe points about Inflation, how long people stay at home for, the prices of houses in my area etc.. ?

The content is really down to you. Think what you have heard about property in the area where you live. What are the issues? When I was living in the UK, there were real problems in London because many essential workers like nurses and teachers quite simply couldn't afford to live there because house prices were so high. Is that an issue in your area- if so, you could write asking about that. As it's a letter to your local MP, then a local issue would be best. What's happening with council tax? If the increases are too high, then you could write asking him to try to take action on that. Look in a local newspaper and see what is being discussed on the issue.
