Teacher, can you check these sentences for errors? "Using the names of.." sound awkward. Is there another word to replace it? Thank you.

The secretary conducted searches on her company database using the names of XXX Company and YYY Company but nothing came up. But when she used ZZZ Company, the search came up positive indicating that they do have records and this company is of their members.
