Usage of 'given'
1) The fact that people find change difficult is taken as given.
2) The fact that people find change difficult is taken as a given.
One is used as an adjective and the other is used as an noun and do you feel any difference in meaning between them?
3) It is a given that people find change difficult.
4) It is given that people find change difficult.
These are also similar examples, so there is a meaning difference between them? Thank you so much as always and happy new year.

Not much- the noun form is a more recent form IMO, but they co-exist.
