I visited your Testing page as well as your Quizzes page. Test 10 of the Irregular Plurals was: "The plural of ox is oxen". The question then was: is the correct answer "False" of "True"? I filled in: "False" but that answer seemed not to be correct, whereas on the Quizzes page I found that the plural of "ox" should be "ox". I am confused, what did I do wrong or what did I learn wrong? Thank you for answering me, Nicole "Testanglais"

The correct answer is 'Oxen'- it's an irregular plural. Where did you see the pluarl given as 'ox'? I've checked the test and the quizzes and I can't find it. Which Quiz did you see it in? In the Quiz 'plurals', the answer is correct, so I'd like to try to find the mistake, but can't.

Oeps! Mea culpa, I made a mistake. Perhaps I was too nervous; it was my first visit. Yesterday evening I couldn't find the Quiz page. I checked it again this morning and: yes, as well the 'Quizzes plural' as the Test 'Irregular Plurals' gave the plural oxen. Hope I haven't (or didn't?) spoil your day! Thanks, Nicole Testanglais

Nicole, Thanks very much. However, if you do find anything that looks wrong to you, please let me know as mistakes do creep in when such large numbers of questions are involved, especially with my typing. And, yes, I did manage to sleep last night.
