Default Please, Check my sentences.

A : Why didn't you eat breakfast?
B : Because I got up too late to eat breakfast.

A : Did you get up late this mirning?
B : Yes, I got up at 7:40. So, It was very busy to come here.

A : Do you like getting up early in the morning?
B : No, It's hard for me to get out of bed in the morning.

A : Do you ever exercise in the morning?
B : I used to exercise during my military service, but these days I don't.

Above conversation is correct?

Then, How about I am busy to come here?
Situation : The class is beginng at 8:00. For 20 min, I have to go to school. So, I am busy.

It doesn't work for me, try one of these:
I am in a hurry/rush to get there
(Busy + an infinitve doesn't really go- too busy to... is OK)
