Default Hyphens between words
Is there any difference between the words cutback&cut-back, cornestone&corner-stone or mouthwatering&mouth-watering if they mean the same? Why is used the hyphen? Thank you

They're not familiar compounds. Hyphens are easier on the eyes and the parsing mind.
