:D , hi!, i want to know how can i make questions with present and past perfect passive , please answer my question thank you,

Can you explain to me the past perfect passive , with examples ?

Has the project been launched? (Present perfect)
Had the police been called before things got out of hand? (Past perfect)

The past perfect is used for the first of two linked events.
