is this phrase appropriate in here?
A,"I won! See! I knew I was better than you! DO YOU BUY IT?"
B,"No! I DON'T BUY IT! Let's race again!"
Dear native speakers, is "buy it" used properly in here? If not, what would you say instead?

No, "buying something," in this sense is the same as saying you believe something. If one just proved that one was faster in a race, it's a matter of fact, not belief.

Thanks SoothingDave! So in this case, how about replacing it with "Do you accept it(your fate, etc)?"
What would you native speakers say especially in a more aggressive manner?

If they have been arguing over this matter of who was better, he might say something like, "See, I am better than you, so do you give in now?'.
give in = to admit defeat, surrender
