    Default "No telling ..."

"My doctor was great. There was no guilt. No blame. No telling me that something was my fault when it was pretty clear it wasn’t. Not to say that it couldn’t have been."

Doesn’t NO go with noun? Shouldn't the underlined part be written Not telling?

    Thank you,

It's fine as it is. 'Telling' is a gerund, a verbal noun.
