    Default Which, that or both?

    Hi,

could you please tell me, whether I can use both which and that as a relative pronoun? Or are there any cases, when only one of them can be used?
    Examples:
... no facts were identified which/that would significantly influence ...
... the report includes some facts which/that must be communicated ...
... we must obtain all the information which/that is necessary to...

    Thank you very much.

In a non-defining relative clause, we don't use 'that':
Mars, which is the....- as there's only one Mars, we're not defining it, so we don't use 'that'. In tests and things, look for the comma.

So "which" can be used in all cases?
