Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

1. We will get in touch with you once the meeting date gets closer.

2. John will coordinate with you regarding the tour schedule and copies of your presentation.

3. Were you in an accident? Why do have all those bandages on your arms?

Sentence #3 should be 'Why do you have all those bandages on your arms?'

I am not an English teacher, but it seems to me sentence #1 is fine. #2 might be better as "John will coordinate with you regarding the tour schedule, and [getting or making or or sending or something...] copies of your presentation. #3 would be more natural as "What happened to you?" assuming you are speaking to someone who has bandages visible...
