Usage of 'for example'

"Is there a meaning difference between 'would' and 'would like to'? For example, I would go and I would like to go."

I still do not know why the structure of the sentence is wrong. The prepositional phrase, for example is not used that way? Then when and how can I use it?

The use of "would" to mean "want/wish" is somewhat old-fashioned now. Once up on a time, we said things like "I would that you lived closer" meaning "I wish you lived closer".

Now, if you mean "I want a hamburger", say "I would like a hamburger".

The simple answer is, if you mean "I want", say "I would like".

I would like to go swimming = I want to go swimming.
I would like some cheese = I want some cheese.

"Would" on its own has a totally different meaning but it will confuse the issue if we start talking about it in this thread. If you want to discuss "would" (giving some example sentences), please open a new thread.
