Which phrase is correct (or better):
1. I look for a job of salesman.
2. I look for a job as salesman.

Is there somthing better than given above?

Both are correct in the right context, and each is better than the other in that context. In your context, emsr2d2 has given you alternatives. Here's an example of a correct use of 'of':

'I am a teacher. I am not going to go to an interview for the job of a lavatory attendant just because JobCentrePlus is a gross misnomer.' ;-)
