Word such as Project Manager and Delivery Director needs to be started in in capital when using in the middle of the sentence?

E.g – I am going to see the Project Manager.

I am going to see the Delivery Director.

Please correct my mistakes in above sentenses if any and please provide feedback

Yes, if you are speaking of a department in a company, or similar.
