    Hi,

    How much surprised were you?

    How surprised were you?

Can we interchange the sentece '
How much surprised were you?' with 'How surprised were you?' ?

    No. 'Much' is incorrect.

As a general rule, we don't use "much" before an adjective.

    How angry were you?
    I was very angry.

    How surprised was your brother?
    He was extremely surprised.

    How happy are you?
    I'm quite happy.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
