    Default unfocused

    Hi

If you tend to be hyperactive or unfocused, you may need a calming affirmation so you can let go of the anxiousness and worry.

Does "unfocused" mean "absent-minded", "distracted" or just not able to concentrate?

In this context, if a person is "unfocused" it means he's not concentrating - it doesn't necessarily mean he's not able to concentrate. He might be temporarily distracted by something else.

If you have a tendency towards a state of mind, you are prone to be that way. Therefore, if "I say I tend to be unfocussed", it's not a temporary thing. In the context of your question I would say it equates with being unable to concentrate on one thing without being distracted by other things..
