"to not do smth"
I heard a sentence on TV
"It was too big opportunity to not do it."
Is it correcct?
If it is, please tell me if its meaning is different from the construction "not to do smth".
I was used to such sentence constructions:
"I want him not to do it."
"I asked him not to do it."

Re: "to not do smth"
First, look at these similar threads, which I found by putting to not do/not to do in the Google Custom Search box at the top of the page.
