Default Are these sentences correct?

Dear Teacher,

Are the follwoing sentences correct?

How are you at cooking?
How are the things going on?
What plans you have in mind for your future?
How was your weekend?

I made my suggestions in red. Regarding "How are things going on", I'm not sure if Britains would say it this way, but I suggested a way that Americans would say it. Otherwise, good job!
