with regard to
Hello,
"In order to form this set we can use the opinion of experienced reflexologists with regard to the availability of biologically active points.
The intended meaning of "with regard to" is that we take into account the availability of the biologically active points. Is "with regard to" used correctly here?
Thanks

It's fine, but it doesn't mean what you intend. It means that we take into account the opinions of the relexologists on the availability.

You're right, my friend, that's not what I intend. How can I convey the intended meaning without using such long constructions as "to take into account/consideration"?
Thanks
