I have a website where I offer classes. I want to say that a class is full, to indicate people cannot register to that class anymore.
Right now, I've put "sold out", but I'm wondering if this is the right word? Maybe that gives too much of a "business-like" feeling for a school? Or is it ok?
Thanks!
To be honest, "the class is full" sounds the most appropriate to me.
Other suggestions:
There are no more seats available in the class.
This class has reached its capacity of students.
Thanks! So then "sold-out" is not good, right?
"Sold out" implies that a physical product is being sold such as tickets to a show or clothing. "Sold-out" wouldn't be wrong but it wouldn't be conventional because you are selling a service rather than a product.Originally Posted by Blue Frog
