    Question Parts of speech

    Hi
    I have a problem in grammer. sometimes I can't understand which part of speech is the word!
    and I have problem to answer to the questions that ask me to:"add an appropriate suffix to the words and complete the sentences."
    as I don't understand that which part of speech I should use so can't use an appropraite suffix.
    would you help me and advise me?
    and would you recommend me some books that I can solve this problem?
