Is the following wording acceptable?
1. After dinner, taking stimulating beverage such as tea, coffee, cola...etc. is prohibited.
2. Soaking in hot water, drinking a cup of hot milk or eating some snack may help our sleep, but not too full to prevent digestion problem causing interference to our sleep.
3. Avoiding using bed for other usage except sleeping. Besides sleeping, do not use your bed for reading, watch television or eating.

Another teacher helped me reword the sentences as following.
1. After dinner, stimulating beverages such as tea, coffee or cola are prohibited/ not recommended.
2. Soaking in a hot bath, drinking a cup of hot milk or eating a snack mayhelp us to sleep, but we should not be too full or digestion problems willinterfere with our sleep.
3. Don't use your bed for anything besides sleeping--especially not forreading, watching television, or eating.
(Your bed should be used only for sleeping, not for reading, watchingtelevision, or eating.)
