Very occasionally, we do, and sometimes it's not just the definite article.
A: Sarah is coming to my party on Saturday.
B: Is that the Sarah I met last week when I was with you?
A: Oh, no, that was another Sarah. This Sarah is a girl I went to university with.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
