Full of/ full By
First, are these sentences are correct?
1.My cup is full of coffee.
2.My cup is full by coffee.
What is the difference between full of and full by?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Full of/ full By
The difference is that the first sentence is correct and the second one is not.
