| You could try asking, What do. . . ?, like this, Verb: like <transitive> What do I like? => I like food. Verb: swim <intransitive> What do I swim? => I swim . . . ??? Some verbs can be both transitive and intransitive. For example, Verb: eat <transitive> What do I eat? => I eat pizza. Verb: eat <intransitive> What do I eat? => I eat . . . ?? I just eat. That's all. It's a thing I do. For example, humans eat, sleep, and work. I, too, eat, sleep, and work. Hope that helps. |
