    Default past perfect

    Teacher, is this sentence OK?

    This past year has been really good as I found a job that really has motivated me to learn new things.

    It's OK. You could also use "... a job that has really motivated me ..."
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
