everybody needs someone in their life who'll listen
Dear teacher, who'll is shall?will? Thanks a lot.
Re: everybody needs someone in their life who'll listen
As an NES, but not a teacher, in commercial contracts I have always used the following principles:
1. The "Contractor" shall .... I would use this to identify what the Contractor must do to comply with the contract.
2. "Company" (the Client) will .... This indicates what the Company/Client will do as part of their normal business of servicing the Contract, e.g. provide appropriate letters to government agencies, on request, to expedite import of goods/equipment for the project'
3. The "Contractor" may .... This would be used where the Contractor has a free choice on which course of action to take.
In your case, I would see "will" as the most appropriate translation.
Hope this helps
