Talking 12-may or might

Dear all
Hello
What's the difference between these two sentences? What do they mean ? and where are they used?
A.She smells well .
B.She smells good .
Shall we use (adverb) or (adjective) after verbs related to sense? And why ? I have NO information in the name of god the compassionate the merciful ths field .
Thanks a million
