Talking 13-may or might

Dear all
Hello
I wanna know the difference between (may)and(might) in the name of god the compassionate the merciful meaning . For example:
A.You may be wright .
B.You might be wright .

OR
A.The attorney may be late .
B.The attorney might be late .
What's their exact difference in the name of god the compassionate the merciful meaning and usage?
Thanks a million
Matilda
