You'er welcomed here Blade.
Here some of what you have been looking for:

7-Trench th mouth : These terms for Necrotizing Ulcerative Gingivitus and Immersion Foot, respectively, both date to World War I. Conditions in the trenches of the Western Front led to bacterial infections, like Trench Mouth, and cold injuries, like Trench Foot. Both conditions were well known prior to 1914-18, but it was the war that gave them these appellations.
9- Mind your : be on your good behavior and mind your manners
10-Rule of thumb: It is said a stick not thicker than one’s thumb with which one can chastise his wife .Or a way that carpenter uses his thumb to measure width of wood to be engraved.

13-Wet your whistle : have a drink, quench your thirst
I hope that Mr.RonBee may come over here to upport the rest or You may come across them.
Thank you.
Ayed
