How to introduce myself

I am going to attend an flight stewardess interview, but I don't know how to introduce myself? Can I have some idea and examples.

Probably best to just greet them with your first name as they are expecting you and probably have your details, and also as first names are used extensively in the industry.

If they greet you first with their full name then maybe a more formal approach, i.e. your forename and surname would be more appropriate.
