My first reaction to bombed is that it means drunk, but it can be used as Tdol said. It depends on context.

I don't know how long bombed has been used in either context. It's possible that neither one was used in Shakespeare's day. Absent context, I can't be sure. (I'm no Shakespeare expert.)Quote:
