Default tv reception problems

How to express problems with TV reception? Iwould say "tv is blurred", which is probably not the way native speaker would say that? Which ones of them are correct: tv screen is snowing/ it is snowing in tv/ tv picture is blurred/ tv picture is hazy/ fuzzy/ tv screen is fuzzy/ hazy or tv reception is fuzzy/hazy?
