    We know porcelain and china are very delicate and fragile materials, but I still do not get this joke.

    I don't understand this situation. His hands are tiny and porcelain. What does he imply?

    The joke is that anyone who has fragile hands should not be particpating in martial arts. It's a very subtle joke.
