Default The most beautiful woman I've ever seen...

I'm used to this sentence structure and have been sticking to it, but I saw this on TV some time ago:

The most beautiful woman THAT I've ever seen...

Is this grammatical? I tend to think so but I've never seen 'that' in such a sentence structure before.
