Do these work?
It's estimated a total loss of 30% in mass.
It's estimated a total loss of 30% of the investment.
It's estimated a total loss of 30% in the power.
It's estimated a total loss of 30% of the share value.

No, they all lack a verb.
Take 1. It doesn't mean "A total loss of 30% in mass has been estimated." or "It's estimated that there has been a total loss of 30% in mass."
I'd suggest you don't leave out "that" until you can get the sentences right with "that" in.
