as most of non native speakers suffer from lack of cohesion in writing

is there any tool or mechanism to help me testing my writings cohesion

especially for writing a technical papers.,.

Try comparing an example of your own writing with a text from a native source in our language analyser: http://www.usingenglish.com/members/text-statistics.php
See if in a text of a similar length, you are using as many cohesive devices. If there is a big difference, then you are probably not writing sufficiently coherently.
