You can improve your English in many ways:

1) Go study in a native English speaking country where you will be surrounded by English
2) Joining English speaking groups in your local area
3) Read English newspapers and watch English movies
4) Study as much as you can.

The more you practice at something the better you will get, this goes for everything, not just English. Hope this helps

1)study in a native English speaking country - I 'm a working adult !
2) Joining English speaking groups in your local area-
much difficult as my groups are non-english educated. But i have to speak english with my customer, sometimes have to do presentation, hence i feel very pressure.
3) Read English newspapers and watch English movies-
