Despite numerous reminders, the computers have not been delivered at this office up to date. As these computers are urgently required to meet the day to day documentation in the project, you will appreciate that this delay has caused us no little inconvenience. As such, you are kindly requested to execute this order by the end of this month failing which would result in canceling this order. Also, your company will not be considered for future procurements for this project.
