"The main protagonist is Jane Doe, daughter of Mrs. Smith, for whom has to be found a suitable husband."
Firstly, I wonder it is Jane Doe or Mrs. Smith the word 'whom' refers to in this sentence. I guess it can be either.
Secondly, does the sentence sound natural? Will it sound more natural if we change the order of the words as follows:
"The main protagonist is Jane Doe, daughter of Mrs. Smith, for whom a suitable husband has to be found ."

It should refer to Jane Doe.
