what is the meaning of..

[rinseflow]

..rinseflow. i´m just wondering about it, because of the song "rinseflow" from the band "anti pop consortium". the lyrics are hard to understand, so i can´t tell the meaning of it just by listening to the lyrics.. i know what rinse, and what flow means in german. but these two words together make no sense to me..
