Default foresee - vb pattern

Hi everyone

my question is:
what is the vb pattern following foresee?
My Oxoford dictionary says foresee + that clause
I found foresee + -ing form. Is it correct?

Thanks

In the present tense, the verb 'foresee' requires a subordinate clause to follow it. Such as 'I foresee that the weather will change' or I foresee the weather will change' they essentially the same except 'that' has been ellipsed in the second example (a common practice in English).
