No. If you're going to use the possessive, then you use the name of the person who wrote them. If I always use and copy the notes written by my classmate Sarah, then at the end of term, the pile of notes are "Sarah's notes". They are the notes "from Dr Ragin's class".

Not all students take notes in the same way though. Some will use a small spiral notebook, some blank sheets of paper, some will take notes on their computer. There is no standard way of taking notes. I can't think of any circumstance where I would call it a pamphlet. In the UK, a pamphlet is usually pre-printed information in a small book style.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
