| I'm new in this Web Site and want to know which form is the correct one when talking about companies, corporations or businesses: AT&T has too many employees, or AT&T have to many employees. GE buys large amounts of paper, or GE buy large amounts of paper Best Regards Jorge |

| AT&T has too many employees, or AT&T have to many employees. GE buys large amounts of paper, or GE buy large amounts of paper They are both correct :) It entirely depends on if the company wants to be represented as a 'singular entity' or a more like a team. Some like the plural some the singular. It's like "team". Some say 'the team is dead' some say 'the team are dead' when they want to emphasize disitinct members. |
