English speaking Hello Everyone,
I would like to know what is the best way to learn English.How to speak fluently?How to start and where to start exactly.I do not have any idea.Kindly help me on this.

there are many ways to improve your speaking, if you have a chance, practise with people who can speak well and read everyhing, you can express yourself when you improve your vocabulary.
Watch &listen to BBC World etc.
Don't worry about making mistakes, it will get better in time
