Default english compositions

hi, I just want to ask how I can improve my english compositions, because I have recently had some problems with them. Sometimes it gets difficult for me to write one. I need practice..because some topics are difficult..and also...I think I need to know some slang to improve them.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

It depends on the type of composition, but slang is not always a good idea in compositions, which are about organising your ideas, etc.
