To me it means:

We are going to do things how we want to do them or we are leaving.

It could also mean:

We are going to do things how we want to do them or "someone" is leaving. - or: (......."some people" are leaving.)


I'd have to hear or read it in context to know which one would be the better interpretation of the two.

I'd go with the first one without any context.
