Meaning of some sentences!!!

Would you please tell me the meaning of these sentences?

1)To fill in somebody.
2)Get even with somebody.
3)To be on the level.
4)Make a clean breast of something.
5)He is not all there.
6)Bite your tongue at the drop of a hat.

1) to be the other half of someone , to complete him/her
2) when someone do something bad at you and you pay him/her back then you are even. you return him the bad attitude/treatment towards you.
I don't know about the other four.. Hope I helped a little.

1) I've never heard gio's suggestion before -- but that doesn't mean gio is wrong . If it's in a sentence like "Would you fill me in, please?" it means: "Please give me the information I am missing". For example, you're a manager, you come back from a business trip and hear that something very strange happened in the sales department, but you don't have all the facts. You might ask your secretary to "fill you in".
2) gio's explanation is perfect.
3) Someone who is not trying to trick you is "on the level".
4) To make a full confession. If you haven't been "on the level" with someone, that person might want to get even with you. It would be a good idea to tell him the whole truth and explain how sorry you are.
5) He's a bit crazy, or a bit stupid. There are lots of ways of saying someone is crazy: "A sandwich short of a picnic" is my personal favourite.
6) That's two idioms. If you bite your tongue you can't talk, so "to bite one's tongue" is to be silent, even though you really, really want to say something. For example, my wife might say something very stupid, and I might want to correct her -- but if she's already angry with me, it would be better to bite my tongue, otherwise she might want to get even with me. "At the drop of a hat" means suddenly, without preparation or thought.
