Smile technologically more advanced or more technologically advanced

Which is correct, "technologically more advanced" or "more technologically advanced"?
I guess the former is the right answer.
However, if the word 'technologically advanced' becomes more popular and accepted, can 'technologically advanced' become an adjective?
Then, 'more technologically advanced' becomes more acceptable.
The same is true for 'environmentally friendly'.
What do you think?

Both seem correct, but I think more technologically advanced is better. I guess you wouldn't say environmentally more friendly/friendlier.
