What does "Lambic Pentameter" mean??

What does "Lambic Pentameter" mean?? and don't mistake it with iambic pentameter.

It's a common form of metre that combines syllable counting and stress counting to produce lines of fixed numbers of stressed syllables alternating with unstressed syllables.

Thus iambic pentameter (greek penta = five) is a line of ten syllables or five iambic feet.
One iambic foot is composed of an unstressed syllable followed by a stressed syllable.

The link you give for "lambic [sic] pentameter" points to a definition of a type of Belgian beer. "Iambic" means 'composed of iambs'; this is not what 'some say', it is the definition; and an iambic pentametre does 'consist of five iambs'. Shakespeare was indeed one of the more famous exponents of the Lambic pentameter:
"A sheep, a lamb, my Kingdom for a lamb!" (Ramchard III)

However, he wasn't constrained to this style, as exemplified by the famous
"To beef, or not to beef; that is the question" (Lamlet).
